Christianity losing ones life to save it

Jesus Christ asks the question to all His followers, "Will you give up your life to save your life?"

Jesus Christ commands and teaches in His Word, His red letter Words, ten different places, through His four Gospel writers, that in order for a person to become a truly converted Christian, a true Christ follower, you must give up or lose your life to be involved in Christ's work to continue to preach the true message of Christ's gospel and do  His work of giving the true understanding about the cross of Jesus Christ to the whole world. This is in order for all people who are interested in life after death can personally gain eternal life with Jesus Christ in God's kingdom. In plain words, a person must give up his own life of serving his own life, his life's goals  in the flesh, to now serve Christ with a spiritual life that is totally filled with Christ's love, through the power of the Spirit of God and His Word to serve Christ and His work, of helping people to understand how they can be saved from their sins, Acts 3:25-26. These verses teach that Christ came to turn people away from their sins, not to their sins as is taught in today's professed Christianity.
This  mighty same teaching is inspired to be written and  repeated three different places in Matthew, two different places in Mark, four different places in Luke, and one place in John. This teaching must be so powerfully important for Jesus Christ to have His four Gospel writers to repeat this teaching ten different times and for the Apostle Paul to also teach this same principle a number of times in his teaching, an example is in II Cor. 6:13-20.

The 1st place Christ's live or die teaching appears is in the gospel of Mat. 10:36-39.

Christ teaches in verse 36, "A man's foes shall be they of his own household." Verse 37, "He that loves his father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me, and he that loves son or daughter more than Me, is not worthy of Me." If you love anybody more than Jesus Christ, then by His own words you are not worthy of following Jesus Christ. Christ takes this teaching much further in its meaning by teaching in Verse 38, " And he that takes not his cross, and follows after Me is not worthy of Me."

Every confessing  to be Christian needs to take up the real understanding of the message of the cross in relation to what Christ has done for every sin confessing Christian, in order to be saved. The message of the cross has been greatly distorted and confused and taught to mean more than Christ meant for it to be by preachers adding to Christ's word, which breaks Christ's command, Rev.22:12-19. Christ did not go through His crucifixion on the cross, to cover and free us from our sins, through His blood sacrifice on the cross and this would also free us from our responsibility of having to repent and be obedient to Christ's Ten Commandments and all of His law that magnifies His 10 commandments. This is what is taught in today's false Christianity, in their corrupted message of the cross. This is a huge lie and deception taught today by false preachers. This flies in the face of our true Savior as being in total rebellion against "His new covenant of having His law put in our minds and written in our hearts."

Christ continued in these verses in Verse 31, which drives this subject title to its complete meaning and is further brought out with nine other Scriptures. In Verse 39, Christ teaches "he that finds his life shall lose it and he that loses his life for my sake shall find it." This all pertains to what a disciple of Jesus Christ needs to do with his life, to give it to further the understanding of Christ's purpose in coming to this earth. This is to learn what is His work and will, and what is our part, He wants us to understand and to do with our life and time, to accomplish His work. Do we really understand this and what He is telling us to do with our lives and our time? Christ gives us nine other places that this same teaching is given in His Inspired Word, to understand its life and death importance. Jesus Christ must really mean for us to understand this very important teaching.

The 2nd place Christ's live or die teaching appears is in Matthew 16:23 -27.

Christ first begins in these verses by  rebuking Peter for trying to interfere with Christ's purpose in why He was sent to this earth by the Father to do His will. Christ said to Peter in Mat. 16:23, "Get you behind me Satan: You savor not the things that be of God, but those that be of men." What about you and me? Do we savor all the things in our doings and our goals and purposes, involving   our lives. Is all that extra time we have used in attaining that knowledge pertaining to the vain works of men being more important than the time given in attaining the knowledge and understanding of Christ's commission and work and the message of the cross that He has called each of us to do and be involved with in our lives? Christ tells us to pray for more laborers for the great harvest of souls in this world. Christ gives us example in Luke 17:10 "When you shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, we are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do . "

All Christians are commanded by Jesus Christ to keep the Ten Commandments, Mat. 19:17. Most of today's  Christians however, do not believe and live by this Scripture of Jesus Christ and neither by all other scriptures pertaining to the obedience of Christ's law. A life of a true Christian goes beyond just keeping the letter of the law of the Ten Commandments. One must also keep the magnification of all Christ's Ten Commandments which expresses and builds Christ's love in us, to love and put God first, and to love others as ourselves. So when a person gives up his life to do the work of Jesus Christ, he will keep the magnification of all Christ's commandments that Christ  gave and taught throughout His teachings, to be a light as an example to others, of Christ's love and work being accomplished in our individual life. This is all part of giving up our physical life to serve Christ and His spiritual work. This is loving our brethren and laying down our life for our brethren.

Continuing in Mat. 16:24, Christ  teaches, "If any man will come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow  Me." Christ followers, meaning you and me, are to take up the true message and understanding of what took place at the cross, the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, and preach that message to the world. It is amazing how wicked and corrupt Christianity has become since that day of Christ's crucifixion. Hardly any professing Christians today truly understand what really took place at the cross. Jesus Christ gave His LIFE  AND   BLOOD at the cross to pay the penalty for man's sins. Sin  is the breaking of Christ's law,  His 10 commandments. How can anyone in today's Christian  churches expect to understand the message of the cross when they don't even respect and honor and keep Christ's commanded memorial Passover service, Lev.23:1-5, John 6:53-58, 1 Cor. 11:24-31, commemorating His death and sacrifice on the cross, that He commands us to keep until He comes back to this  earth?
Why is it that today's Christianity and its  preachers do not and will not recognize and preach sin as breaking Christ's 10 commandments? First, it is because their preacher doesn't want his members asking him why they are keeping the first day of the week as the Sabbath, instead of Christ's commanded 7th day Sabbath. Christ says He is Lord of the Sabbath, Mark 2:27-28. The 7th day, Saturday, not the 1st day, was created by the   Lord  to be the Sabbath from the beginning of time, Gen. 2:1-2. Neither God the Father or Jesus Christ has changed the 7th Sabbath day commandment to a 1st day Sabbath. And at the end of this age when Christ will make the new heavens and the new earth, Isaiah 66:22-23 , "Christ says all flesh from one Sabbath (the 7th day Sabbath) to another 7th day Sabbath shall come to worship before me. " Where and to who will the Sunday Sabbath worshipers be worshiping at this time? If they have not repented of this sin at this present time, they will have already been burnt up in the real Christ's judgment, they will not be there because they had been scammed, deceived by their false Christ of rest that taught them they did not have to keep Christ's 4th commandment, because this false Christ leading their church taught them he was their rest!!!! Christ says He will send His Angels to gather all of these tares into church bundles to burn them, Mat. 13:30 Are you being gathered in with a church where they all are commandment breakers headed for the big cook out?

So this should be a question of every member of every Sunday keeping church, why are they sinning by profaning Christ's 7th day Sabbath each week by not remembering it and are taking away and adding to God's commandments, adding Satan's 1st day sabbath, Sunday? The second reason preachers do not want to recognize sin as breaking Christ's 10 commandments is because it does not fit in with their watered down message of the cross where obedience to God's 10 commandments is no longer required. Repentance in today's Christianity has been falsely lowered to a level where it is no longer needed, because they do not recognize Christ's 10 commandments. So members continuing in this sin in the churches is accepted as normal Christianity, Satan's Christianity. In reality, they are preaching a false message concerning the cross, a created false cross where they have crucified a false Christ and carry with them a false cross. By all of this, they are likewise perverting and twisting the gospel, to present a false gospel to the world that is not from the Bible and Christ's teaching.

Satan knows if you are presently breaking any one of Christ's 10 commandments, you will not be taking his place after he, being rejected from Christ's Kingdom. Every person desiring eternal life in Christ's Kingdom must repent of breaking all of God's commandments to be accepted to be forgiven of their sins by Jesus Christ. This is foundational understanding that must be obeyed, in order for Christ to accept any sinner.

Then Christ says in Matthew 16 Verse 25, "For whosoever will save his life shall lose it, and whosoever will lose his life for My sake shall find it." This "for my sake" means teaching that the real Jesus (not a false Jesus) is the real Son of His loving Father and His purpose for being sent to the earth, of giving His life   for covering man's sins and why Christ commands us to lose one's life in doing Christ's work, for that great cause and His Holy righteous Name. Christ is asking us to give up our life, of pursuing the vain things and a false Christianity, which is a vain thing of this world and being   involved in doing this vain work is not the true work of following the true Jesus Christ. Verse 26, tells us "For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?" Men and women alike have been taught in families and schools to seek exalted leadership positions and to be raised up above their fellow human beings, yet Jesus Christ came to this earth to be a servant and teaches His followers to be servants to the people, not exalted positions of leadership, such as is in church governments and all of Satan's nation's governments. Christ tells us to follow Him, who is meek and lowly in heart, Mat. 11:29. We are to be lowly servants in doing Christ's work.

The 3rd place Christ's live or die teaching appears is in Mat. 19:17

The third place in Matthew is in Mat. 19:17  and  really begins when a rich man came unto Jesus asking Him "what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?" Christ told him in Verse 17 "If you will enter into life, keep the commandments." The man asked which? Jesus proceeded to name a number of the Ten Commandments. The man said to Jesus in verse 20, "all of these have I kept from my youth up, what lack I yet ? " Verse 21: Jesus told him, "if you will be perfect, go and sell that you have, and give to the poor, and you shall have treasure in heaven and come and follow Me." The rich man went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions. Then Christ said to His disciples, "it will be with much difficulty for a rich man to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven." This rich man worshiped  goods and put these goods before giving up his life and possessions to be a follower of Christ. He was blind to his idolatry, breaking God's 1st Commandment. "You shall not have no other gods before Him."

Christ's disciples said  to Him, verses 25-26,  who then can be saved and "Jesus said unto them, with men it is impossible, but with God all things are possible." Peter said unto Him, "We have forsaken all, and followed You, what do we lack, and what shall we have?" In verse 28: Christ said unto them, "that you which have followed Me, in the regeneration when the Son of Man shall sit in the throne of His glory, ye also shall sit upon 12 thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel." Verse 29, "and everyone that has forsaken houses or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife or children, or lands for My name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold now and shall inherit everlasting life. Verse 30, But many that are first shall be last: and the last shall be first."

When a person gives up his life, he might have to forsake his family if he needs to do so, to follow Christ, and even his own wife, if he needs to do so to follow Christ, and even deny his own life, and whatever lands, other possessions he might have to get rid of, in order to give his life for the sake of   serving his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and His work. Our Lord and Savior promises to bless anyone that does so, an hundredfold now and everlasting life when Christ's kingdom comes to this earth.

The 1st place Christ's live or die teaching appears is in Mark 8:34

The first place is in Mark 8:34. Christ said to His disciples, "Whosoever will come after me (to follow Christ) let him deny himself and take up his cross, and follow Me. " What is the meaning of taking up His cross? Jesus Christ foretold of this age that there would be false preachers raising up false Christs, Mat. 24:24, and if there are false Christs worshiped, there has to be false messages and understanding about the cross of Jesus Christ.

A false, or a perverted gospel message creates a perverted cross message, with no understanding, with no meaning to forgive sins. There is a huge lie and evil misunderstanding about the message of the cross of Jesus Christ. It is this, that Jesus Christ did not come to this earth to give His precious sacrifice of His broken and badly   mutilated body  and the shedding of all His blood on the cross to pay the penalty and judgment for man's sins to have that message and truth perverted and twisted so terribly wicked, to mean that we today don't have to recognize sin as transgressing God's 10 commandments and so thereby, we don't have to obey Christ's 10 commandments.

So today's false Christian evangelists and preachers are teaching this terrible, abominable error and lie and turning millions away from true salvation and eternal life. They are also headed for the big cook out. Along with all these false teachings, there is another false teaching about Christ's Grace, which is built on all of these other false teachings. It is taught that Christ's favor of forgiveness and Holy Spirit is given without repentance of breaking Christ's 10 commandments, which is an enormous lie.

For example, when a preacher tells you that you don't have to obey and keep Christ's 4th commandment, to remember Christ's 7th day, Saturday Sabbath to keep it holy, he is a wicked tool of Satan. So in Verse 35, Christ is here saying, whosoever will give himself to be so involved in exposing all the false, perverted, twisted and deceptive teachings that are so widely spread against Christ's true gospel and His true message about His cross that are so widely spread in today's Christianity across this nation's and the world's churches, that one who is truly giving himself to Christ will surely desire to carry out the Lord's will, His work, His Word and His command that states, v.35 "For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's sake, the same shall save his life." Verse 36 "For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?" A man, by being accepted in the world by his superiors, and raised to the highest rank or to  the highest in the Christian hierarchy will lose his own soul. The Apostle Paul, after his blind affliction and conversion to true Christianity. realized this in the false Jew salvation in his life, that all his work and attainment, in his Judaism faith and hierarchy, was so much dung. He repented and changed his life. Verse 38, "Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of Me and of My Words, in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed when He comes in the glory of His Father with the Holy angels."

The 2nd place Christ's live or die teaching appears is in Mark 10:28

Peter in Verse 28, began to say unto Christ,   "lo, we have left all, and have followed You," Verse 29: And Jesus answered and said, "Verily I say unto you, there is no man that has left houses or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake and the gospel's, Verse 30, but he shall receive and hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, or lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life." For Christ's sake and the gospel's sake, means to carry where ever a man goes in his daily life the message and the true understanding of Christ's Gospel and his cross of Christ being beaten and His blood shed on the cross, which is the giving of His life by death, to cover the judgment sentence for all man's sins, which is breaking any one of God's 10 commandments. SIN is the breaking of Christ's law, his 10 commandments, I John 3:4. Many, many church people in rebellion against God, break Christ's 7th day Sabbath commandment every week by keeping man's 1st day commandment. Every person who is still breaking Christ's 4th commandment, His 7th day Saturday Sabbath, does not have access to Christ's cross, or His forgiveness, because he does not understand the message of Christ's cross and gospel of salvation.

A professed Christian following what Christ teaches in Mat. 11:28-30, does not teach, that by our coming to him He will give us rest from having to keep His commanded, 7th day Sabbath. This rest in these verses is about Christ's promise of eternal life and rest from the curses, troubles, heavy toils and burdens that sin brings upon His saints and to every one of His followers who will forsake all in his life, and this also means to stop committing sins, all sins, a requirement every man must fulfill in order to receive Christ and His hundredfold blessings now in this time and rest now and His eternal rest in Christ's Kingdom later. That is an awesome promise for a person's giving of his life to do Christ's work. Verse 31, "But many that are first shall be last and the last first." Last first here  means those ones now coming to this true and correct understanding  of Christ's live or die teaching at the present time will be first in God's kingdom. They will raised up to be in the 1st, the best resurrection, not the 2nd.

Christ's live or die teaching appears in 4 places in Luke,  first appears  in Luke 9:23

The first place is in Luke 9:23, And He said to them all, "If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily and  follow me." Taking up his cross daily means, reminding oneself daily of Christ's reason for coming to this earth was to give His body and blood to die on the cross as a living, substitution, sacrifice to satisfy the law's judgment for man sins. This is daily renewing one's understanding about Christ's sacrifice, given to forgive man's sins, if man is truly repentant. If man's repentance is not real, fake, not  from the heart, not based on Christ's word and commandments, then the cross of Christ is not real, and is taken in vain. The problem with all of today's professing Christians is that they will not and do not recognize their on going sins.

First, 100% of all of today's confessing Sunday keeping Christians are breaking God's 4th commandment. This is a sin, they have not repented of its transgression. Secondly, these same confessing Christians are breaking the 1st and 2nd commandment by raising up a false Christ to worship, who accepts all church people's open sins, with love and open arms. This is Satan appearing as a angel of light in their church. They accept, compromise and are puffed up about many other of their sins such as fornication, adulteries, same sex marriages, and all of this is sin, taking God's name in vain, and takes the cross in vain. This is the reason today's church services end their service with another alter call to renew their false commitment that they to have continue to make, to Jesus Christ each week. Jesus Christ warns us in His Word, Heb. 10:26-28, any sinner who truly repents of all his sins and then accepts the sacrifice of Jesus Christ for mercy, His forgiveness and then afterwards goes out and willfully sins, he no longer has Jesus Christ as His blood sacrifice.

Today's church alter call each week is much like the people of old Israel who had to each week bring their sacrifice to the temple to get forgiveness for their ongoing sins. This is all because Jesus Christ today has never recognized their first commitment they made to Christ because they have not truly and fully repented of all their sins. Jesus Christ does not and has not accepted all of the fake commitments people have and are making today, at all of their church services and are still making. All these church services are a farce, fake, not conducted based, on the word and teaching of Christ's true Gospel. The true Jesus Christ will not recognize an incomplete repentance where people do not totally and completely repent of breaking all of Christ's 10 commandments. So all of these false conversions also do not receive Christ's promise of the gift of His Holy Spirit. This all   creates a Christianity that is totally false and going no where except to the grave without eternal life. Verse 24: "for whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever will lose his life for My sake, the same shall save it. Verse 25: for what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world and lose himself, or be cast away? Verse 26, for whosoever shall be ashamed of me and My Words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when He shall come in His own glory and in His Father's (glory) and of the holy angels."

The 2nd place Christ's live or die teaching appears is in Luke 14:25

The Second place is found in Luke 14:25, and there went great multitudes with Him: and He turned and said unto them, Verse 26, "If any man come to Me, and hate (love less) not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren and sisters, yes, his own life also, he cannot be My disciple. verse 27, And whosoever does not bear his cross, and come after me cannot be My disciple. Verse 28: for which of you intending to build a tower, sits not down first, and counts the cost whether he have   sufficient to finish it? Verse 29, Lest haply, after He has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold  it began to mock him. Verse 30, Saying this man began to build, and was not able to finish  it!" Is this your life? This is the place many confessing Christians find themselves today, not able do what Christ commands of them to do with their lives, so they will end up losing their life..

The 3rd place in Luke

The third place is in  Luke 17:32: "Remember Lot's wife. Verse 33 "Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it."  Lot's wife did not have her heart in following Christ and His angels out of Sodom, so she looked back, breaking the Lord's command, with a longing to go back to her home, her daughters and her personal life and lost her life. She became a pillar of salt.

     The 4th place in Luke

The fourth place this teaching appears is in Luke 18:29-30, (His disciples said in verse 25 ) we have left all, and followed you. "And He said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that has left houses, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the Kingdom of God's sake. Verse 30, Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and the world to come, life everlasting." Once again, Christ is showing how important this teaching is by His continual repeating it time and time again in 10 different places. He is once again telling us of the promise of the manifold more blessing we will receive in this present time, and in the world to come, life everlasting. If we see the importance of giving up our life to fulfill Christ's command to do His work of teaching His gospel, taking up His cross and its true understanding and delivering both to the world, then we are doing God the Father and Jesus Christ's will and work and obeying Their command. We are proving our love to them and laying down our lives for our neighbors.

The Only place Christ's live or die teaching appea rs in John's gospel is in JOHN 12:24

In John 12:29, "Verily, Verily, I say unto you, except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abides alone, but if it die, it brings forth much fruit. Verse 25, He that loves his life shall lose it, and he that hates his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. Verse 26, If any man serve Me, let him follow Me, and where I am, there shall also My servant be: if any man serve Me, him will my Father honor." Jesus Christ uses the analogy of a kernel of wheat to understand how its germination break down process begins a new plant that produces more grain or fruit after its contact with the soil and water. As long as the kernel of wheat sits or stored in a dry place, it abides alone, it will not  germinate and never produce anything. Christ used this analogy to point out to His followers if Christians abide alone without giving themselves to Christ's rich Word  (soil) and his Holy Spirit (water) working within them, they to will dry up, lose their life. So a Christian must produce fruit or he will lose his life.

  In conclusion

Remember what Paul wrote to Christians,  in I Corinthians 6: 19, "-----Know you not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit which you have of God, and you are not your own? V.20, For you are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's." The truth of Christ's Word is this, you cannot give yourself to Christ in order for Him to receive you for His Work, as workers for His harvest, until we become clean in our lives, by totally one hundred percent, repenting of all of one's sins, which includes to stop breaking His 7th Day (Saturday), Sabbath commandment, and which includes Christ's 7 annual Holy day Sabbaths that most all of society today is transgressing, as well as breaking many other of Christ's Ten Commandments. Jesus Christ cannot and will not work with anyone who is continually  committing sin and has no desire to repent and change his life.

All of society of this world, because they will not repent of their sins, is headed for death and total destruction, which includes all the members of all the churches of the world who have not repented of all of  their sins.  Christ's Word has already judged them to total destruction unless they repent. You say, "surely Christ will not destroy all of these "good" church going Christians at His coming," He did it during the worldwide flood, even with the preaching of Noah, who was a preacher of righteousness, and no doubt he told them to repent. Only eight were saved from that worldwide destruction and caused all to perish because they would not repent of breaking His commandments. True Christianity is a live or die experience!!!!!!

How serious is Christ and His Word warning false preachers, who are not warning and serving and teaching His little ones about sin, causing them to be cast out of God's Kingdom because they were badly misled about their sins,  read Mat. 18:5-6? Even though Christ's little ones are misled and deceived about sin, and how they receive salvation, these little ones will still have to pay for their unrepentant sins with their lives and all of their deceiving ministers will have to pay for their sins of deceiving Christ's little ones, with the judgment of death on their lives. Ignorance of God's law and commandments will not be an excuse that Christ will accept at His coming judgment. Christ's WORD OF JUDGMENT against sin, John 12:47-48, which has been written down in Bibles for centuries, will not be compromised or lifted unless there is true repentance of all one's sins. Sins, which are commandment transgressions, and are repented of, with baptism and acceptance of Christ's sacrifice, is required to have one's sins totally forgiven, wiped clean, then one can enter Christ's kingdom.

Give your life to Jesus Christ now to do His work, which is by far the greatest work on the face of this earth, to teach and preach  the truth about sin in relation to the meaning of His true Gospel and the true meaning of the cross, as is explained above. This is so many people can be saved and develop God's love and will be able to gain eternal life in Christ's coming kingdom coming to this earth. Jesus Christ warns all His followers, if you don't bear fruit, He will cast you off, to be burned in the fire.

In John 15:1-8, Jesus Christ says "I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. V.2 Every branch in me that bears not fruit he takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He purges it, that it may bring forth more fruit. V.4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can you, except you abide in me. V.5 I am the vine, you are the branches: He that abides in me and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit: for without me you can do nothing. V.6 If a man abides not in me, He is cast forth as a branch, and is withered, and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. V.7 If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, you shall ask what you will, and it shall be done unto you. V.8 Herein is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit, so shall you be my disciples.

Jesus Christ, in these verses, is speaking to every one of His chosen disciples. If you are at a stand still in your life of bearing spiritual fruit, your Savior will purge your life with some trial, or affliction, as He did with Job and others, and also as He has with the writer of this article. It is because He really does love you, to wake you up, so you will not lose your life. Truly, true Christianity is a life and death experience, to give up your life and bear fruit by giving yourself to do Christ's work and gain eternal life, or lose your life to the coming fire coming upon all the earth very, very soon.
